Stephen Arterburn and Fred Stoeker recognized the growing need to shift the conversation, and they put forth a resource to help men overcome their struggles and achieve victory. McDowell, author and speaker

Instead of teaching men to RESPECT women, to know that "no" means "NO!", and teach men that it is NOT up to the women in their lives to succumb to a man's desires, in order to protect some innocent child from rape. THIS BOOK IS A GUIDE TO TEACHING MEN HOW TO BECOME SEXUAL PREDATORS AND MONSTERS. It is only written for that, and to made women feel that they are either a piece of meat, or responsible for the actions of men, or that what men are feeling is totally okay.

Have in mind that Christ gave you all you do need to fight back.
This passage summarized the neuro stuff:
“It actually happens within your brain, which we’ve already described as your largest sex organ. Comprehending how things break down begins with understanding that you have two separate sexual pleasure systems in your brain: the first has to do with exciting pleasure, and the other has to do with satisfying pleasure.
The exciting system relates to the appetitive pleasure that you get while imagining something you desire, such as sex with your internet porn. Pornography activates the appetitive system through a large release of dopamine, which raises your sexual tension level and puts your focus on the intensity of the sexual experience.
The second pleasure system has to do with a deep satisfaction, or a consummatory pleasure, that results from having sex with a real-live, flesh-and-blood woman. It’s a calming, fulfilling pleasure, and its neurochemistry is based on the release of endorphins, which are related to opiates. This is why you experience a peaceful, euphoric bliss and a deep sense of intimacy with your wife when you make love to her.
And that’s also why married addicts can’t respond sexually to their wives. Their neural maps have transformed their sexual focus away from intimacy and toward intensity.”
Five stars, for sure
