Customer Review

Following the most recent reading, in February 2013, of the final Navy SEAL book I would ever purchase (about eight in all), some of which were fabulous reads (Lone Survivor, The Warrior Elite: The Forging of SEAL Class 228), and some terrible (SEAL Team 6), I swore to myself that I'd never purchase another SEAL book. Most of them are structured along the same tiring format, BUD/S, advanced training, additional training and then a couple stories in their careers. This is not to diminish my love and respect for any man able to endure and become a SEAL. I hold them in the utmost respect and am deeply greatful for their inner strength, endurance and determination to be the best in the world. I recently read a review of Fearless, the story of SEAL Adam Brown. WOW. am I pleased with the decision to try one more. This book was very different. It;s about Adam Brown the boy, Adam Brown the teen, Adam Brown the athlete, the addict, the recovery... Adam Brown the husband, father, patriot and written into his story was Adam Brown the SEAL. Buy it... Read it... and you'll identify and be inspired by him. Superbly written by a caring and excellent author, Eric Blehm, it's all a book can be. Get It..Read it... You'll be pleased you did.
